Application

In order to simplify your application to the Announcement of the “e-Macedonia” Foundation, please use these versions (Macedonian and English).

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Statute and based upon the Strategy for Operation for 2009, "e-Macedonia" Foundation has adopted a Resolution for:

ANNOUNCEMENT No. 01/2009

for collection of applications for complete or partial support of projects by the “e-Macedonia” Foundation. 

• The submitted applications for support should refer to the implementation of projects that will contribute to the enhancement of the information society conditions;
• The right to submit a project under the Announcement hereto is reserved for all organizations registered in the Republic of Macedonia which within their activities and goals take care of the enhancement of the information society conditions;
• The organizations which are going to apply for support by the Foundation should submit the following documents:
  
  
• Preliminary documentation
  - Photocopy of the current status from the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia (not older than 6 months)            

• Project documentation
  - Project plan elaborated in accordance with the application (the application is available on the web site of the “e-Macedonia” Foundation, www.e-makedonija.gov.mk) submitted in 4 copies (2 in Macedonian and 2 in English).

• The Management Board of the “e-Macedonia” Foundation shall make the selection of the submitted applications for support based upon the following:  contribution of the project to the enhancement of the information society conditions in the Republic of Macedonia, the requested funds and the previous experience of the organization with the implementation of similar projects;
• Application submission deadline:  15.09.2009;

The applications are to be submitted in a closed envelope marked “For the e-Macedonia Foundation” – Announcement No. 01/2009, exclusively by registered mail to the following address:  Makedonski Telekom AD – Skopje at Orce Nikolov bb, Skopje; 

• The Foundation undertakes to submit a response to all submitted applications for support by 30.11.2009, at the latest;
• The Foundation shall sign a contract with the organisations whose projects shall be completely or partially supported;
• “e-Macedonia” Foundation through its bodies preserves the right not to select any project for which a support has been requested.

The total fund of the “e-Macedonia” Foundation for complete or partial support of information society development projects amounts in EUR 50,000.
